Free apparel tech pack templates for clearer product development.
Download structured templates for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, shorts and selected cut-and-sew products. Add your product views, measurements, materials, construction details, artwork, labels, packaging and quantities before submitting the file for technical review.
What a useful apparel tech pack should communicate.
A clear tech pack translates a product idea into structured information for sampling, costing and production review. The level of detail required depends on whether the project uses an existing blank garment or requires custom cut-and-sew development.
Product Views & Details
Front, back and side views where relevant, together with garment features, panel details, pockets, hoods and artwork locations.
Measurements & Tolerances
Measurement points, base-size dimensions, garment length, body width, sleeves, shoulders, cuffs, hems and agreed tolerances.
Materials & Trims
Fabric composition, GSM, rib, lining, zippers, drawcords, buttons, labels, tags and other required components.
Construction & Stitching
Seams, stitch types, panels, pockets, necklines, waistbands, closures, reinforcements and finishing instructions.
Artwork & Colour
Print, embroidery, appliqué or patch files together with dimensions, placement measurements and colour references.
Quantities & Packaging
Order quantity, size breakdown, colour breakdown, folding, individual packaging, labels, carton information and delivery destination.
Choose the template that matches your production route.
Use a blank-customisation template when the base garment already exists and you mainly need to communicate artwork, labels, colours and quantities.
Use a cut-and-sew template when the garment requires custom measurements, materials, construction and product development.

Submit for Technical Review
Timepolo reviews the file for missing information, development requirements, sampling feasibility and costing inputs.
Important points before using a template.
Templates organise product information, but technical accuracy, development scope and manufacturing feasibility still require review.
Are these templates completely factory-ready?
Not by themselves.
They provide a structured starting point. The completed file must still be reviewed for technical accuracy, missing information and production feasibility.
Can I use a template without exact measurements?
Yes, but clearly identify which measurements still require development.
Pattern development, fit development and grading should be confirmed separately.
Does downloading a template include a physical sample?
No.
Sampling, courier charges, revisions and production services are separate unless included in an agreed development package.
Can Timepolo help complete my tech pack?
Yes.
Submit the information you already have and identify the areas where you need technical or product-development support.
Which template should I use?
Use a blank-customisation template when the base garment already exists.
Use a custom cut-and-sew template when the fit, measurements, fabric or construction must be developed specifically for your product.
Ready to submit your completed product brief?
Send your completed template together with artwork, garment references, estimated quantity, fabric direction, colours, labels, packaging and delivery destination. Timepolo will review the information and identify any technical questions required before sampling or costing.
