Export & Shipping Coordination

Shipping options for apparel orders to the UK, Europe and United States.

Timepolo prepares apparel orders for international shipment and coordinates suitable courier, air-freight or sea-freight options according to order size, destination, urgency and agreed delivery terms.

Final freight costs, transit estimates, customs responsibilities and destination charges are confirmed for each shipment.

Planned Around the Order

Samples, capsule orders and larger production shipments require different packing, documentation and freight arrangements. The recommended route is confirmed after reviewing carton quantity, shipment weight, destination and delivery requirements.

Shipping FAQ

Important points before confirming the freight arrangement.

Freight terms, customs responsibilities, destination charges and transit estimates are confirmed for each shipment.

Does Timepolo provide DDP delivery?

Delivered-duty-paid or other delivered options may be reviewed for specific destinations and shipments.

They are not automatically available for every country or order. Duties, taxes, customs clearance and final delivery responsibilities must be confirmed in the quotation.

Can the buyer use its own freight forwarder?

Yes.

Timepolo can prepare the order for handover to a buyer-appointed forwarder according to the confirmed shipment instructions.

Are duties and taxes included in garment pricing?

Not unless specifically stated in the quotation.

Freight, import duties, taxes, customs fees and destination charges should be shown or assigned separately.

Which shipping method is best?

The appropriate method depends on shipment size, urgency, destination and budget.

Express courier or air freight is generally considered for faster or smaller shipments, while sea freight is usually evaluated for larger orders.

Are transit times guaranteed?

No.

Transit estimates depend on the carrier, route, customs processing, congestion, weather and destination handling. Production lead time and freight transit time should be shown separately.

Need a shipping plan for your apparel order?
