Cut-and-Sew Production

Custom Cut-and-Sew Manufacturing. From Product Brief to Finished Garments.

Time Polo develops custom apparel from buyer specifications, tech packs and authorised reference garments. Fabric, fit, grading, construction, decoration, labels, packaging and delivery requirements are reviewed before sampling and bulk production.

Development & Production Flow

From technical review to finished, packed garments.

A structured development and production process keeps product specifications, materials, fit, decoration and approvals controlled before bulk production and shipment.

01

Product Brief & Technical Review

We review the measurements, bill of materials, construction details, artwork placement, trims, labels, packaging and delivery requirements.

02

Fabric, Materials & Pattern Development

Suitable fabrics and trims are sourced or matched before patterns, consumption calculations and size grading are developed around the approved product specification.

03

Sampling & Approval

A physical sample is produced to review fit, measurements, workmanship, decoration, wash performance and finishing before bulk approval.

04

Bulk Production

After sample and commercial approval, production moves through cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing and in-line quality checks.

05

Final QC & Packing

Finished garments are inspected against the approved specification. Quantities and size breakdowns are confirmed before labelling, packing and shipment preparation.

Production Options

Decoration, materials and finishing options.

Options are selected according to the product, fabric, artwork, quantity and required result. Final availability and suitability are confirmed during technical review.

Custom production gives your brand control over the garment itself.

Cut-and-sew manufacturing develops the garment around an approved product specification rather than decorating an existing blank. Fit, fabric weight, colour, construction, trims, decoration, labels and packaging are defined as part of the product.

Custom Fit Development Measurements, grading, silhouette and tolerances developed around the approved fit specification.
Controlled Construction Seams, panels, ribs, pockets, necklines, waistbands, drawcords, closures and labelling defined before production.
Brand & Packaging Finish Private labels, hangtags, barcode labels, folding, individual packaging, cartons and shipment preparation.

Share your tech pack, authorised reference garment or product concept.

Include your product type, fabric target, GSM, measurements, colour references, artwork placement, decoration method, wash requirements, estimated quantity and delivery destination.

Time Polo will review the brief and confirm the technical questions, sampling route and information required for quotation.

A complete tech pack is helpful but not required for an initial project review.
