Production Process

A controlled production process from product brief to finished, packed garments.

Timepolo follows a structured apparel-development and production workflow. Each stage is designed to clarify specifications, secure buyer approvals and control materials, fit, construction, decoration, finishing and packing before shipment.

Clear Approvals Before Bulk Production

Our process gives fashion brands, private-label buyers and apparel businesses a defined route from technical review and sampling to production, inspection and shipment preparation.

Production Workflow

Five stages from product brief to finished, packed garments.

Each stage creates a checkpoint for product specifications, materials, fit, construction, decoration, measurements, brand finishing and packing before the order moves forward.

Step 01

Product Brief & Technical Review

We review the buyer’s tech pack, authorised reference garment or product concept together with the required measurements, materials, construction, artwork, labels, packaging, quantity and delivery requirements.

The product’s technical feasibility, material needs and development route are assessed before sampling begins.

Product Review Tech pack, authorised reference garment, measurement chart, construction details and artwork placement reviewed.
Material Planning Fabric composition, GSM, colour, hand feel, shrinkage requirements and material availability assessed.
Materials & Trims Fabric, rib, zippers, drawcords, labels, tags and packaging requirements reviewed for development.
Step 02

Sampling & Product Approval

A physical sample is developed so the buyer can review fit, measurements, material behaviour, workmanship, decoration and finishing before bulk production is approved.

Sample Development The garment is developed using the confirmed pattern, material, trims and product instructions.
Fit & Measurement Review Silhouette, garment length, body width, shoulder position, sleeve shape and other critical measurements are checked.
Construction & Finishing Review Stitching, decoration, wash result, trims, labels and overall workmanship are reviewed against the product brief.
Step 03

Pre-Production Preparation

After sample approval, the final materials, patterns, size specifications, artwork, trims, labels, packaging and production quantities are confirmed before bulk manufacturing begins.

Material Confirmation Approved fabric, rib, trims, colours and other materials are prepared according to the order requirements.
Pattern & Size Preparation Approved patterns, grading, size breakdowns and cutting quantities are prepared for production.
Artwork, Labels & Packaging Decoration placement, artwork files, labels, tags and packaging details are confirmed before use.
Step 04

Bulk Production

Approved products move through cutting, sewing, decoration and finishing according to the confirmed product specification and production plan.

Cutting & Sewing Fabric panels are cut according to the approved pattern and assembled using the required garment-construction methods.
Decoration & Finishing Printing, embroidery, appliqué, patches, washing or other approved treatments are completed at the appropriate production stage.
In-Line Quality Checks Measurements, workmanship, construction, decoration placement and visible defects are checked during production.
Step 05

Final Inspection, Packing & Shipment Preparation

Finished garments are inspected, completed with the approved brand details and packed according to the confirmed order requirements.

Final Quality Inspection Appearance, measurements, workmanship, decoration, labels, quantities and size breakdowns are checked against the approved specification.
Brand & Packaging Finish Approved labels, care information, hangtags, size stickers, folding and individual packaging are completed.
Shipment Preparation Cartons, carton markings, packing information and available shipping documentation are prepared according to the agreed delivery terms.
MOQ, sampling time, production schedule and shipping terms are confirmed after the product specifications, materials, decoration, quantity and destination have been reviewed.

Control at every stage of bulk production.

A reliable production process gives buyers visibility before bulk manufacturing begins, while the order is in production and before it is packed for shipment.

Before Bulk Production Product specifications, materials, artwork, trims, labels, packaging and sample approvals are confirmed.
During Production Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing and in-line quality checks are managed against the approved requirements.
Before Shipment Final inspection, quantities, size breakdowns, brand finishing, packing and shipment documentation are completed.

Ready to develop your next product?

Share your tech pack, authorised reference garment or product concept together with your target quantity, measurements, fabric direction, artwork, decoration requirements, labels, packaging and delivery destination.

Timepolo will review the brief and confirm the technical questions, sampling route and information required for quotation.

A complete tech pack is helpful but not required for an initial project review.
