TimePolo specializes in apparel development, custom blanks, and the UNITEE brand offering. Our services may include design guidance, sampling, production, and quality control.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Changes

• Quotes are estimates and may change until confirmed in writing.
• Orders are processed after acceptance of final terms, pricing, and lead times.
• Change requests may impact cost and delivery dates.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are defined in each proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable according to the schedule stated in the signed agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All TimePolo website content, branding, and proprietary materials are owned or licensed by TimePolo. Client-owned artwork and design assets remain the property of the client, subject to the terms of the agreement.

6. Warranty and Liability

TimePolo strives to deliver high-quality products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your engagement with us is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We respect the confidentiality of your project details and handle your information with care.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through the appropriate courts with jurisdiction.
